Work With TRIMWORKS
Good People Make Good Work Possible.
Construction is a team effort. We value people who show up, communicate, respect the jobsite, take pride in the finished result and are willing to keep learning.
TRIMWORKS provides an environment where experienced tradespeople can contribute immediately and developing team members can build broader construction skills over time.
What Matters Here
The Kind of People We Like Working With
Take Pride in the Work
We care about the details and want the finished job to reflect that.
Show Up & Follow Through
Dependability matters—to the team, to the client and to the project.
Work as a Team
Construction runs better when people communicate, help each other and stay accountable.
Keep Getting Better
We value people who are willing to learn, improve and grow with the company.
A Growing Michigan Company
Come Grow With Us.
TRIMWORKS has grown from a company focused on doors, floors and mouldings into a full-service construction company serving residential, commercial and multifamily properties throughout Southeast Michigan.
As we continue to grow, we want to build a team of people who care about their craft, represent the company well and want to be part of something they can take pride in.
